The Hounslow-based company operated under the brands Best4trips, Travel Crew, and Air Waay. It offered flights and holidays to destinations including Sydney, the Maldives, New York, Dubai, Barcelona, Bangkok, Amsterdam, Auckland, and Barbados. The firm ceased trading as an ATOL holder on May 21, triggering ATOL protections and warnings for customers. ATOL notes that bookings sold as accommodation-only or non-flight packages are not covered. Travelers affected should check their ATOL certificate and the type of booking, and may need to contact suppliers or insurers for refunds or rebooking if eligible.
