Avive Named First Aid Sponsor of the 2026 Head of the Charles Regatta, Deploying 30 Avive Connect AED®s Across the World's Largest Rowing Event

Avive Solutions was named First Aid Sponsor of the 2026 Head of the Charles Regatta, deploying 30 Avive Connect AEDs across the event running October 16-18 on the Charles River between Boston and Cambridge. The company will place AEDs with Head of the Charles emergency services for the three-day rowing competition, expected to draw about 325,000 unique spectators, 11,500 competitors, and 2,400 volunteers. Avive’s units will be carried by safety bike teams, onboard every safety launch, and stationed at all five aid posts along the roughly three-mile course with six bridge turns. The statement also says Avive Connect supports fleet-wide oversight to ensure devices are ready and accounted for during coverage.
