Brian Christopher Tilley

Brian Christopher Tilley, 53, of Washington, D.C., died September 11, 2026. Born March 23, 1973, in Salem, Ohio, he was the son of Terry and Sherry (Hixenbaugh) Tilley and a West Branch High School graduate in 1991. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Ohio University and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. Tilley worked in finance and private equity, founding Wenzi Capital Partners and joining DFW Capital Partners in 2009 as a general partner and leader of its Washington, D.C., office. He is survived by his wife, Christine Fleury, and multiple siblings and in-laws.
