A 37-year-old man from Casper, Wyoming, is facing prison time after authorities allege he drove a Polaris UTV side-by-side while intoxicated and caused a passenger to fall off a cooler in the back seat area. The incident happened Saturday evening near Alcova Reservoir, and the passenger suffered head injuries and remained on life support as of Sunday, according to an arrest affidavit.
