Colts willing to trade RB Jonathan Taylor, per report
The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly willing to trade star running back Jonathan Taylor, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter. Schefter lists the New York Giants among teams with at least “some level of interest,” alongside potential suitors including the Seattle Seahawks, Denver Broncos, Minnesota Vikings and Green Bay Packers. The report notes that Giants head coach John Harbaugh has coveted a “bellcow” back, a dynamic role he has emphasized as he builds around Cam Skattebo, Tyrone Tracy and Devin Singletary. Taylor’s production includes 18 rushing touchdowns last season, tied for the NFL lead, while committing only two fumbles. A deal would likely require significant draft capital, possibly a first-round pick, plus added salary-cap maneuvering.
