Mourners gathered at a B.C. dock to mourn six lost at sea after a fishing charter sinking in the Strait of Georgia, one week earlier. About 100 people assembled at Imperial Landing Docks in Steveston, Richmond, on Sunday around sunset, laying dozens of white flower bouquets associated with mourning in Chinese culture. RCMP said none of the four people rescued from hypothermia were wearing life jackets. Chen Ming, 23, of Richmond, was identified as the fishing charter captain and is among the six missing and feared drowned. The boat was operated by Top Fishing and carried 10 people.
