What's Next For Marina Bay Sands? A Reinvention From The Inside Out

Marina Bay Sands is moving forward on two fronts: a major expansion and a behind-the-scenes reinvention of the original resort. The Singapore integrated destination, opened in 2010 and designed by Moshe Safdie, will break ground in 2025 on a fourth tower that will add an all-suite hotel, a new sky roof, a 15,000-seat entertainment arena, and expanded MICE space. More immediate changes are underway at the three existing towers, centered on the ultra-luxury Paiza Collection. Suite capacity has risen from 180 to 775, supported by restricted access for key guests, Rolls-Royce transfers, and butler service.
