Clutch previews Maverick Games’ new open-world driving title aimed at a more focused, single-player experience. The project marks Maverick’s first major release since founder Mike Brown left Playground Games. Set in the south of France, including Monaco and the French Riviera, Clutch features real-world cars from Porsche, Aston Martin, BMW, Land Rover, Renault, and others, along with a rewind button and a narrative-focused approach centered on Theo Martial and his sister Cass. A hands-on demo showcased a mission to locate a rare Aston Martin Valhalla in a wealthy owner’s penthouse, illustrating a blend of driving action with cinematic storytelling.
