Man dies following two-vehicle crash

A man in his 40s died following a two-vehicle crash in Clogher, Northern Ireland. Police said the collision occurred around 12:40 BST on Friday afternoon on Crossowen Road and involved a white MG HS car and a Volvo lorry. The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service provided treatment to people at the scene, but the man later died from his injuries. The incident is the second fatal crash in County Tyrone in recent days, following a separate accident near Coalisland in which a teenager died. DUP assembly member Deborah Erskine offered condolences, saying her “heartfelt sympathies” are with the man’s family, friends and loved ones, and that emergency services were also affected by the tragedy.
