MotoGP Full Race Results | Marc Marquez closes in on 10th world title

Marc Marquez closed in on a 10th MotoGP world title with a dominant performance in Malaysia, winning by 4.2 seconds. The Ducati rider had to manage pressure from his brother Alex Marquez and from Pedro Acosta, later teammate of the future, but still took the checkered flag in control. The result keeps Marquez on course to surpass Valentino Rossi on the all-time championship list at the next round in Qatar. Marco Bezzecchi lost key points after a clash with Ai Ogura, who is backed by the same factory as Trackhouse. Bezzecchi finished sixth instead of challenging for the podium, leaving him as Marquez’s only main remaining competitor.
