Pedro Acosta dominated Friday practice at the Hungarian Grand Prix, posting a 1:36.827 to lead by more than four tenths of a second. Fabio di Giannantonio (VR46) settled second after a late flyer, with Raul Fernández (Trackhouse) third for Aprilia. Fermin Aldeguer surged to the top early in FP1 with soft rear tires, then posted 1:38.162, briefly beating Marc Marquez before Acosta reclaimed the top spot with a sub-1:38 lap.
