Second person dies after three-vehicle crash in Bicester

A 74-year-old woman has died following a three-vehicle crash near Bicester in Oxfordshire, Thames Valley Police said. The collision occurred at the junction of Wretchwick Way and Peregrine Way at about 10:00 BST on 8 September. She was a passenger in a black Peugeot 106, whose 75-year-old driver was also killed at the scene. A blue Scania flatbed truck and a grey Honda HR-V were involved as well. The driver of the Honda suffered minor injuries, and no one else was reported hurt. Thames Valley Police is appealing for witnesses and anyone with dashcam footage to come forward.
