The Best New FX Show Has A 100% Rotten Tomatoes Score

A new FX spinoff, The Drop: A Snowfall Saga, has launched with a 100% Rotten Tomatoes critic score and is now available on Hulu and Disney+. The series follows Wanda Bell and Leon Simmons in 1990s Los Angeles as West Coast rap rises from the fallout of the crack epidemic, with ambition, loyalty and survival driving the story. The original Snowfall ran for six seasons and 60 episodes from 2017 to 2023, earning 92% and 93% on Rotten Tomatoes overall, including five 100% seasons. The Drop stars Isaiah John, Asante Blackk, Peyton Smith, Gail Bean and Malcolm Spellman, among others, and spans eight episodes.
