Next Week In Music | October 5-11 * The Short List: 47 Titles That Might Do The Trick (Part 2)

Billboard’s “Next Week in Music” previews nearly four dozen new albums arriving Oct. 5–11, framing the week as a surge of writing-driven releases. Part 2 highlights several projects: Sweden’s Graveyard returns with their seventh studio album, Fever, three years after Six, promising a heavier, more direct sound without abandoning the blues-soul feel of Hisingen Blues. Imperial Teen’s All Over You is described as an episodic snapshot of the band’s geography and decades-long chemistry, featuring expansive textures and a mix of electo beats, grunge distortion, power pop and harmonies. The list also includes Billy Joel’s Turnstiles 50th Anniversary Edition, an expanded box set marking the 1976 milestone album originally released May 19.
