Halloween candy sold in 13 states recalled

Halloween candy sold in 13 states is being recalled after it was found to contain undeclared milk allergens, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration said based on a company notice posted Monday. The recall targets Crystal Temptations’ Halloween Chocolatey Eyeballs. The candy was sold under the Crystal Temptations brand at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, HomeGoods, and Sierra Trading Post, and was distributed across Arizona, Texas, Virginia, Georgia, Massachusetts, North Carolina, Indiana, Nevada, California, New Jersey, Connecticut, Ohio and Wyoming. The company said no illnesses have been reported. People with milk allergies are warned to destroy the product, and for refunds they should contact Crystal Temptations directly.
