Suspected Peterborough drug dealers arrested after crashing car

Two suspected drug dealers were arrested in Peterborough after the vehicle they were in crashed into a parked van, Cambridgehire Police said. Officers were on patrol in Millfield on Monday when they tried to stop and speak with the occupants of the car. Police said the car allegedly sped away, and after the collision they arrested a 20-year-old man and a 19-year-old man on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of a controlled drug. Officers reported finding cannabis on the suspects. Both men were released on police bail until 24 November. Dashcam footage captured the arrest following the crash.
