Pentixapharm Announces Progress of Pivotal Phase 3 PANDA Study; Will Host Third Quarter Webcast on November 12, 2026

Pentixapharm Holding AG said it has completed additional preparations to start its pivotal Phase 3 PANDA study, after regulatory and ethics steps advanced. The company noted that the U.S. FDA raised no concerns about the protocol submitted in August 2026, including primary endpoints and a planned enrollment of about 325 patients. A central U.S. ethics committee approved the protocol and consent documents. First patient enrollment is still expected in the first quarter of 2027 without material impact on the timeline. Pentixapharm will publish third-quarter and first nine-month 2026 results on November 12, 2026, and host a webcast at 3 p.m. CET.
