The messages include real-looking reservation and confirmation details, but prompt guests to “verify” credit cards, complete “security authentication,” or finalize check-in by clicking links or replying with payment information. Norwegian says official emails end in “@ncl.com” or “@nclcorp.com,” and advises guests not to click, reply, or share personal or payment data. It adds that bookings within the next 30 days are especially at risk due to scammer urgency tactics.
