As a playful dig at potential relegation, Dublin Airport posted that it offers direct flights from Ireland to several English cities that have clubs in the English Football League. The list included Luton, Birmingham, Bristol, Bradford and Cardiff, with Bradford City in League One and Bristol Rovers in League Two. The airport even suggested “twice daily” flights to the Isle of Man in a worst-case scenario, referencing a team there. The case stems from a 2018 investigation involving reporting and cooperation issues.
