Soybeans Rallying on Tuesday Following EPA News, Ratings Drop

Soybeans were higher Tuesday midday, with contracts up 25 to 29 1/4 cents and the cmdtyView national average cash bean price rising 10 3/4 cents to $12.61 1/4. Soymeal futures gained $6 to $6.70, while soy oil was up 107 to 115 points. The report showed no overnight delivery notices for September beans, but there were 52 deliveries for September meal and none for September bean oil. Price support also reflected U.S. export and regulatory updates: the EPA granted 18 small refinery exemptions for 2025, plus 11 partial, while denying 3, affecting total exempt volumes tied to RINs. USDA reported a private export sale of 136,000 MT to China for 2026/27.
