Thousands attend anti-racism rally in Belfast

Thousands attended an anti-racism rally in Belfast outside City Hall, organized by Unite Against Racism under the Together Against Hate banner, in the wake of days of unrest provoked by a knife attack that left Stephen Ogilvie blinded in one eye and with severe head and back injuries. Participants carried placards bearing anti-racism messages such as Racists go home and The problem is evil and violence, not race, as speakers urged unity and resilience among Belfast’s diverse communities.
