What pressure is Holloway under after Swindon go winless in four?

Ian Holloway is not expected to be sacked despite Swindon Town’s struggles and worsening fan sentiment. After Swindon’s 1-0 loss to Rochdale, their fourth consecutive away defeat and fourth match in League Two without a win, supporters chanted for changes and similar concerns spread online. In 2026, Swindon have eight wins from 32 matches. According to The Adver, the club currently has no intention of replacing Holloway, with the hierarchy valuing his experience and believing that the ongoing injury crisis has left him the right choice. Defender Connor Ripley said the players still back Holloway, while a tough run of fixtures could test patience if results go poorly.
