Tottenham and Inter Milan in talks over €30m Djed Spence deal

Tottenham are in talks with Inter Milan over a potential sale of defender Djed Spence for a fee reported to be around €30 million (£25.6 million). A source close to the situation says Spence is keen on a move to Serie A champions Inter, who are looking for a new right back after Denzel Dumfries joined Real Madrid. Spence can play both sides of the back line, but Tottenham’s first choices at the moment are Destiny Udogie and Pedro Porro at left and right back respectively. With Archie Gray also an option, Spence’s game time could be limited, especially as Spurs won’t play in Europe next season. Everton had previously shown interest.
