Mortgage Business Expo (MBE) North returns to Manchester Central on 9 July 2026, bringing together mortgage brokers, lenders, distributors and service providers for a day of industry insights, networking and business opportunities. Attendance is free, and organisers say the event is designed to help brokers strengthen relationships, find new products and earn CPD hours. A keynote presentation from the Bank of England is scheduled as a highlight of the 2026 programme, aimed at advisers and business owners as economic conditions, interest rates and affordability continue to shape the mortgage market. The free, CPD-accredited seminar programme will cover topics including residential mortgages, protection, buy-to-let, bridging and specialist finance, and how to build businesses online and using social media, along with artificial intelligence for advisers. The exhibition floor will feature lenders and providers, and includes access to The Broker Awards – North West after the expo.
