Digital to Physical | BEYOND Expo 2026 Leads Transformative Global Direction of Tech
BEYOND Expo 2026, held at The Venetian Cotai Expo in Macao on May 31, 2026, highlighted the transition of AI from digital constructs to physical deployment. With nearly 800 exhibitors, the show emphasized embodied intelligence, robotics, spatial computing, AI agents, open ecosystems, and access to global capital. For the first time, the event welcomed smaller entities such as one-person companies, enabling independent creators to exhibit alongside major brands. The opening ceremony drew more than 1,000 guests from China, the EU, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and beyond, while over 500 international media joined to cover the event. Jason Ho, co-founder of BEYOND, said the expo aims to connect Asian innovation with global partners and to support cross-regional collaboration in technology, investment, sports, and entertainment. Speakers at the opening included NVIDIA's Deepu Talla, Abu Dhabi's Mark Nicholas Cutis, Felix Zhang of Pudu Robotics, Chi Xu of XREAL, and Matt White of the Linux Foundation. The conference runs through the final day with seven main stages and summits covering investment, Digital AI, Japan and Korea technology forums, and several cross-regional forums, plus BEYOND Awards and BEYOND Hack Day. Participants pursued demonstrations and matchmaking in technology, investment, and international cooperation.
