xCruzo Brief
RUM Group, formerly known as Rumble, has signed a $13.7 billion AI contract as part of its new business focused on AI-dedicated infrastructure. The company changed its name in June after acquiring German AI cloud provider Northern Data, enabling the expansion. The agreement will be executed in three phases, and the final phase remains conditional on meeting a customer-approved delivery date. The customer will also receive an option to acquire about 51 million RUM Group shares at $0.01 per share, exercisable gradually over six years based on the purchase agreements. RUM Group said it lacks the financial resources to execute the contract and plans to raise capital via debt or share issuance.
