Connor Hall gunning for his third Thunder Road Harley-Davidson 200 victory Saturday at South Boston

Connor Hall is aiming for a historic third straight win in the Thunder Road Harley-Davidson 200 Saturday night, June 27, at South Boston Speedway. After winning the race for the first time with Nelson Motorsports, Hall returns in the No. 22 Nelson Motorsports entry for the 20th running of the event. Nelson’s team said reuniting with Hall was a “no brainer,” calling him “almost like family,” and pointing to past success at the track. Hall’s most recent 2024 victory came after a tire issue during qualifying forced him to start at the rear; he rallied and edged Trevor Ward. In 2025, driving the No. 88 for JR Motorsports, he battled Matt Waltz and Tate Fogleman during the 200 laps.
