A case against former Air Canada pilot Geoffrey Wall, accused of flying passengers without the proper license, was adjourned for 12 weeks in Ontario. Wall, 59, of Barrie, Ontario, was arrested June 1 and charged with fraud over $5,000, uttering forged documents, and possessing counterfeits. On Monday, his lawyer David Humphrey told the Ontario Court of Justice in Brampton that he had received “substantial disclosure” but had not yet reviewed the Crown’s evidence. Justice of the Peace Brigitte Hammond held over the case until Sept. 27. Police allege Wall flew more than 900 Air Canada flights as a captain between 2009 and 2025 without an Airline Transport Pilot Licence required for that role. Peel Regional Police say he earned about $2.9 million in salary and allegedly used forged documents to mislead regulators. Wall also faces a public mischief charge, and he retired last year after a Transport Canada investigation. Charges have not been proven in court.
