Charged in Walmart shooting, murder in north Georgia; 2nd suspect on the run

An 81-year-old man died after a shooting at a Walmart in north Georgia on Wednesday night, and police say a second suspect is still on the run. In Gainesville, officers identified the victim as James McDaniel of Lula, who was outside the Shallowford Road store when gunfire erupted in the parking lot and he was caught in the crossfire. Police allege that two groups of men had a confrontation inside before shots were fired. McDaniel was not involved in the incident, authorities said. One suspect, Kamari Nehemiah Tilmuth, was arrested Sunday morning by the Hall County SWAT Team and faces felony murder, aggravated assault, and firearm charges. Another man, Erron Lamar Dorsey, remains at large.
