The Palm Beach International Airport was officially renamed President Donald J. Trump International Airport on July 9, with the Trump family plane the first to land. On July 12, TMZ and Page Six published photos of Kelce carrying the dog, believed to be a Samoyed, off Swift’s private jet, after which he gathered luggage while the animal followed down the stairs. Trump reposted a Palm Beach Post headline on Truth Social on July 15 with the caption “So cool!!!.” Earlier, Trump said he “hates Taylor Swift,” including posts in 2024 and statements later tied to merchandising and ad controversies, but he praised Kelce and Swift after their August 2025 engagement, saying he wished them luck.
