A Canaan man, Charles J. Frost, 22, was arrested and charged in connection with a boating death on the Kennebec River on July 4 in Skowhegan. A warrant was issued Tuesday and Frost was taken into custody Wednesday, held as of Thursday at the Somerset County Jail in Madison on $5,000 cash bail. Prosecutors must seek a grand jury indictment.
