Monaco at the heart of international yachting

Monaco’s yachting ecosystem is being positioned as a global hub, with the Yacht Club de Monaco at the center of year-round decision-making and industry activity. The Principality counts 411 companies tied to yachting and more than 1,400 shore-based jobs, according to the release. Speaking around the Yacht Club de Monaco’s role, Bernard d’Alessandri, director and general secretary of the YCM and president of Cluster Yachting Monaco, said the proximity to authorities helps accelerate projects. A busy calendar follows the Ferretti Group Private Preview and an OneRepublic concert on 5 September, including the Smart & Sustainable Marina Rendezvous (20–21 September), Monaco Yacht Show (23–26 September), Captains’ Forum (24 September), and a Winter Pop-Up on 8 October.
