Ryanair’s new “Twilight Bag Drop” rule, enabling certain passengers to check in up to four hours before departure, is being rolled out at three UK airports. The airline says passengers taking early morning flights up to 8:00 am can drop checked bags the evening before, between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm. At Manchester Airport specifically, overnight bag drop is free of charge for all Ryanair passengers departing from there. The service is available now this summer at Manchester’s Terminal 3, with operations between 5pm and 9pm, and flights departing the following day up to 09:00 are eligible in zone B. Ryanair customers are advised to go to check-in desks as normal the evening prior and follow signage for “Twilight Bag Drop.”
