Fabio Di Giannantonio set the pace in both MotoGP practice sessions on Friday for the VR46 Racing Team at the Italian Grand Prix, maintaining momentum after leading FP1. He posted a best lap of 1:44.808 in the afternoon, finishing 0.091 seconds ahead of Francesco Bagnaia on the factory Ducati. Enea Bastianini completed an all-Italian top three on the KTM, while Franco Morbidelli finished fourth for VR46. Marc Marquez made his return from injury to take sixth, with Bezzecchi and Martin seventh and eighth as the session highlighted Ducati’s pace but also the depth of competition across manufacturers. The results set a strong pace heading into Q2 on Saturday.
