Among the featured locations, Dunsmuir in Siskiyou County sits about 50 miles north of Redding and had a median sale price of $313,000 over the last three months ending in June, per Redfin. Susanville, in Lassen County near the Susan River, was cited with a median sale price of $270,000 over the same period.
