Regeneron Eyes 2026 Catalysts as EYLEA HD and DUPIXENT Drive Growth
Regeneron executives used a Wells Fargo investor conference to outline growth plans tied to EYLEA HD, DUPIXENT and LIBTAYO, plus multiple clinical and regulatory catalysts expected through 2026. Ryan Crowe, senior vice president of investor relations and strategic analysis, said the company delivered double-digit top- and bottom-line growth in the second quarter, with all-time quarterly sales records for EYLEA HD, DUPIXENT and LIBTAYO. Regeneron also completed repayment of its Sanofi development balance, meaning it will record its full share of DUPIXENT and KEVZARA profits under Sanofi collaboration revenue going forward. Future milestones include a November PDUFA for cemdisiran monotherapy in generalized myasthenia gravis and pivotal data in paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria for pozelimab plus cemdisiran versus SOLIRIS (eculizumab).
