Two brands of taco mayonaisse recalled due to spoilage concerns

Two brands of taco mayonnaise have been recalled in Ireland after spoilage concerns. The Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI) has asked Lidl and Supervalu to remove the implicated batches from sale. The affected products are Batts, which is stocked in Lidl, and Supervalu’s own-brand taco mayonnaise. For Batts, the recall covers items with best-before dates of 21/04/2027 or 22/04/2027. Supervalu’s own-brand taco mayonnaise is recalled for the batch with a best-before date of 18/04/2027. Recall notices have been issued at the point of sale.
