Acoramidis Demonstrates Reversal of Cardiac Structural Disease Progression and Functional Decline and Significantly Increases Days Alive and Free from Hospitalization in ATTR-CM

BridgeBio Pharma reported new analyses from its Phase 3 ATTRibute-CM study of Attruby (acoramidis), presenting cardiac magnetic resonance imaging (CMR) results and longer-term follow-up at the ESC Congress 2026 in Europe. The company said acoramidis is the first therapy shown to potentially reverse cardiac structural disease progression and functional decline through 42 months based on serial CMR imaging, with up to half of completers showing clinically meaningful improvement in cardiac function. BridgeBio also claimed patients treated with acoramidis had 65 additional days alive and out of the hospital by Month 36 versus baseline placebo patients. Results were presented alongside safety and efficacy data through 54 months across ATTR-CM subgroups including p.Val142Ile and non-p.Val142Ile.
