DaltonTx launches its drug discovery platform, Dalton, and announces Sygnature Discovery collaboration

DaltonTx unveiled its Dalton platform, a drug discovery system that combines agentic AI, human expertise, and experimental data into a single continuous learning engine. The company also announced Sygnature Discovery as a client and collaborator, with Sygnature conducting a retrospective evaluation of a legacy oncology programme centered on a small molecule candidate in Phase I to assess whether Dalton could have improved candidate selection and reduced synthesis burden. Sygnature confirmed that customer data and AI models are compartmentalised on a per-programme basis to prevent cross-project training and protect confidentiality.
