NueCell Bio Joins CIRM's Industry Resource Partner Program to Support California's Stem Cell and Gene Therapy Innovators
NueCell Bio announced it has joined the Industry Resource Partner (IRP) Program of the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM) after signing a Memorandum of Understanding. The partnership makes NueCell Bio a resource for CIRM-funded researchers and companies moving from discovery toward translational and clinical-stage development, particularly at the stage between laboratory work and GMP readiness. NueCell Bio will provide biology-led bioprocessing expertise, including building manufacturability, analytics and quality decisions earlier. The company cited its 26,300-square-foot Sorrento Valley site supporting autologous and allogeneic cell programs, including CAR-T and stem cell therapies. CIRM said California voters have provided $8.5 billion since 2004 and backed more than 1,400 projects.
