Vadzo Imaging announced the launch of the Falcon-830CRH, an 8MP 4K HDR USB camera built on the Onsemi AR0830 HyperLux LP sensor, aimed at OEM engineers needing both dynamic range and autofocus in one module. The camera integrates Line Interleaved HDR and enhanced dynamic range with software-controlled VCM autofocus, delivering 3840 x 2160 color output over USB 3.2 Gen 1 via a UVC-compliant interface. It enumerates as a standard video input device, requiring no custom driver development for evaluation. Vadzo positions the product for retail analytics, access control, medical imaging, kiosks, and smart city systems where contrast and subject distance change quickly.
