Kip Lewis names two instant impact transfers for Oklahoma
Kip Lewis highlighted two Oklahoma Sooners transfers he expects to make an immediate impact on offense as the program targets championship-level performance after a strong 2025 rebound. Oklahoma improved from a 6–7 record in 2024 to 10–3 and reached the College Football Playoff last season. Speaking on the “Sooner Smiths Live” podcast, Lewis said he “go o-line” and pointed to E’Marion Harris and Trell Harris. E’Marion Harris, a 6-foot-6, 312-pound tackle from Arkansas, started 24 games over the prior two seasons and is expected to begin at right tackle as Oklahoma returns four of five offensive line starters. Trell Harris is arriving after catching 59 passes for 847 yards and five touchdowns at Virginia, after which the Sooners lost Deion Burks to the NFL.
